  •  Evaluation and validation of final overall costs

  • Validation of intervention schedules and supervision procedures

  • Supervision of the work in your absence (your service providers or our teams) with systematic transmission of visit reports.

Billing of services to the customer

  • Control of the intervention orders / estimates and realizations

  • Reconciliation of estimates and invoicing of service providers

  • Calculation of invoices by "HomeLuberon" according to the contract :

       - Validated invoice established directly by the selected           service provider  

       - HomeLuberon fee

Payments according to the terms and conditions defined in Phase 1 , Your choice:

  • Down payments

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Provisions according to statements of progress

  • Package
